A- all purpose flour 2 2/3 cup
A- baking soda 1 1/2 tsp
A- baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
A- salt 1 tsp
A- ground cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp
A- ground nutmeg 1 tsp
A- ground clove 1/2 tsp
B- carrot 4 cups
B- lemon juice 1/4 cup
C- sugar 1 cup (原2cup)
C- vegetable oil 1 1/4 cup
C- egg 4
C- vanilla extract 1 tsp
D- softened butter 1/4 cup=62.5g
D- softened cream cheese 200g (原150g)
D- vanilla extract 1 tsp
D- lemon juice 1 tsp
D- sugar 1 cup (原2cup)

Carrot Cake w/ cream cheese icing 減糖的做法  

  1. 1. 依序分别拌匀材料A, B, C

  2. 2. 将A倒入C拌匀,再倒入B拌匀。9x13”烤盘垫上parchment paper,倒入面糊。

  3. 3. 烤箱预热至180C/350F,烤45-60分钟

  4. 4. 拌匀材料D,蛋糕体冷却后涂上,冷藏保存至上餐时刻
