Clean the vegetables and thaw the chicken leg.
Dice the onion ,carrots and mushroom.Fry the onion ,carrots and mushroom with butter and light cream.
Marinate the chicken leg with black pepper and olive oil.
Prepare the baking tray and oil the paper
Cut the meat, and put the fried vegetables into the meat.
Tie the chicken leg with a rope
Put the bound chicken legs on the shiftpan and brush the oil and honey on the chickenleg.
Put them into the oven.
After about 25 min. take them out and brush a layer of honey again.
Then put them back into the oven, wait for another 5 minutes and take them out.Decorate the dishes.
