用料  

酸辣汤 Spicy & Sour Shredded Pork Soup的做法  

1. 这个食谱根据人数不同还有个人口味不同， 食材的各类和用量可以任意调整

2. 大火，汤锅里倒入适量水或高汤，加入火腿丝、笋丝、豆腐丝、木耳丝、香菇丝水开后再煮1分钟。

3. 把生抽酱油和白胡椒粉混合后倒入锅中，再加入适量的盐搅拌均匀。

4. 转为中火用水淀粉勾芡。

5. 鸡蛋打散，锅开后打上蛋花。

6. 倒入醋和辣椒粉调味，等锅再次开起来后关火。

7. 把准备好的汤碗里放入葱花和香油。

8. 把煮好的酸辣汤倒入汤碗里就完成了。
