Cream Free 奶油蘑菇汤的做法
I only used 1tbsp of flour coz I was going to use sugar free yogurt to thicken the soup which didn't work, so the amount can be doubled. Maybe it's only possible with for e.g. Greek yogurt. The soup was quite salty so the amount of water can be 3 bowls. Since the straw mushrooms suit the soup 浓汤宝 can be omitted
I only made the soup now to eliminate the stale bread so I waited till the soup cools down but then the problem is that the bread doesn’t get soft easily
