Chicken popcorn ingredients:
For making a big plate
Chicken legs with skin 2 about 360 g
Regular soy sauce: 10 g 2 teaspoons
Fermented tofu: 2 pieces
Five-spicy powder: less than 1 g 1/8 teaspoon
Sweet potato starch (thick) 1/4 bag
Thai basil
Oil
White pepper powder: 1 g 1/8 teaspoon
Salt: 1 g 1/8 teaspoon
air fryer version
marinate with white pepper, soy sauce, salt, minced garlic, egg white

chicken popcorn的做法
marinate chicken thighs overnight in fridge
--- could last 2-3 days in fridgeadd an egg white / some liquid to make chicken pieces wet again (marination makes 'em dry)
dip with sweet potato starchplace chicken in aluminum foil to air fryer
sprinkle with oilfry in 356F for 10 mins
flip chicken pieces and add washed basil; fry for another 10 mins
