Chicken cacciatore的做法  

1. chicken: season&coat
                sear-remove
   add butter
   1/2 onion& 4 garlic:
   capsicum & 9mushroom

2. 1/2 cup red /white wine:
   add 2 can tomatoes
   anchovys/chicken stock
   herbs:thyme/rosemary
             oregano

3. return chicken:20-30mins
   add olives&capers0p
   add chopped basil
    
   serve with polenta or rice or pasta
